Bridging Cultures: Interpretation and Cultural Engagement for the International Congress on Mediation and Arbitration

The vision

A few months ago, we were honored to provide interpretation and cultural engagement services for the first international congress on strategies in mediation and commercial arbitration between Spain and China. Our mission was to facilitate seamless communication and cultural understanding, crucial for the success of this high-profile event.

Crafting the Experience

We were responsible for the complete development of the event’s design, ensuring that the visual and thematic elements reflected the significance and international scope of the congress. Key participants included prominent mediation institutions such as BMC Spain, the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Behind the Scenes

The congress was held at the University of Alcalá de Henares, which played a central role in promoting and hosting the event. Supported by the Association of State Entrepreneurs (AEDHE), the event brought together experts and practitioners in mediation and arbitration from both Spain and China. Our team worked diligently to provide top-tier interpretation services, ensuring that every session was accessible to all participants, regardless of language barriers.

The Outcome

Our interpretation and cultural engagement services significantly contributed to the congress’s success. Participants from diverse backgrounds were able to fully engage in discussions, share insights, and develop strategies for effective mediation and arbitration between Spain and China. The event not only highlighted the importance of international cooperation in legal and commercial disputes but also fostered a deeper mutual understanding and respect between the two nations.

Conclusion

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the University of Alcalá de Henares, AEDHE, BMC Spain, CCPIT, and CIETAC for their collaboration and trust. Being part of such a pioneering event was a privilege, and we are proud to have played a role in bridging cultures and enhancing international dialogue through our expertise in interpretation and cultural engagement services.
